David William Barrow

David Barrow 75 of Harrison passed away Saturday, August 26, 2017 at his residence.  He was the son of the late George and Dollie Barrow, and was also preceded in death by two daughters, Susan Wright and Stacey Phillips.  David was a graduate of City High School.  He founded American Iron and Metal Co. in 1963 at the age of 21.  After retirement he was a real estate agent with Prudential RCR and Hudson Companies.  David was a member of East Lake Lodge #698 F & A M, Alhambra Shrine, where he was a member of the Clown Unit.  He was also a member of the Elk’s Club.  David had a zest for life, he loved traveling, his family, and he never met a stranger.  He lived his life to the fullest.

Survivors include his daughters, Debbie Davis, Harrison, Jamie Barrow, Ooltewah; twelve grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 A. M., Tuesday, August 29, 2017 in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Dickerson officiating.  Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
