Ernest Roland Quinn

Ernest Roland Quinn, 82, of East Brainerd, passed away Saturday, February 18 to his eternal home after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and was owner of Quinn Construction Co for 63 years.

Mr. Quinn was a member of Anchor of Hope Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Alice Quinn;  three sisters, Ruby Miller, Jean Marshall, Marjorie Johnson and five brothers,  Garrett, Clarence, Emory, Sim and Charles Quinn.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dorothy Quinn;  two daughters, Pat (Randy) Wilson, Chattanooga, Caryoln (Allen) Headrick, Ringgold, GA; son, Tim (Kitty) Quinn, Chattanooga and grandson, Logan Headrick, Ringgold, Ga.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 am in the chapel with Rev. Bill Broom officiating.   Burial will follow at Parkers Gap Cemetery.
