Hubert Rick Fisher

Rick Fisher, 64, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018.

Rick was retired from the Army Corp of Engineers. He enjoyed spending time scuba diving, boating, and being on the water.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hubert Lee Fisher Jr.

He is survived by his mother, Frances Delaney Fisher; sister, Charlotte (Ray) Templeton; brothers, Rodney (Susan) Fisher, Doug (Chris) Fisher; and several nieces and nephews.
