Hello Trisha, I know that you may not remember me, but we met years ago when you and Billy got married. I grew up across the street from Mrs. Strange, Billy and Buck on Latta street. (Yes...That far back) My God-Father was Robert "Pop" Rawls. I have so many fond memories of this sweet family that took me in as a friend and treated me like family. From playing basketball in their backyard to talking to truckers on Buck's CB radio in the attic when I was a kid. :) I thank God for the friendship and love that I received from Buck. Even after many years, I would see him in "BiLo" when he was working and I could say one thing to remind him who I was and I'd get the biggest hug from him. Lol! He will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart. May God bless and keep you and the entire family.

I am so sorry for your loss. May the 'God of all comfort' be with you during this difficult time. I have personally found comfort in the promise at 1 Corinthians 15:26 where it states that very soon 'death will be brought to nothing'. Then, we have the prospect of being reunited with our loved ones right here on Earth (John 5:28,29). I truly hope this brings you comfort and peace. With deepest sympathies, Gwen and family.

Trisha, I was so sorry to read about Buck. I have thought about him many times since Bill's death. He is now with his beloved brother, mother, and father.
His picture is so fitting with his Alabama hat.
