Lillian Liner Linn

Lillian Liner Linn, 93, Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018.

A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, she was a 1941 graduate of City High School and a member of Woodland Park Baptist Church and the Agape Sunday School Class.

Mrs. Linn was preceded in death by her husbands, Bill Liner, Jimmy Linn and her daughter, Ellen King and her parents, J.W. and Ellen Bruce Bender.

Survivors are her son, Chip (Judy) Liner, Ooltewah;  daughter, Nancy (Jerry) Miller, Spartanburg, SC;  six grandchildren, Amy Allen, Betsy Morris, Jordan King, Aaron Miller, Kevin Miller and Amanda Lawson;  fifteen great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Thursday, January 11 at 1 PM at GraceWorks Church, 6445 Lee Highway, with Dr. Bill Owens officiating.   The family will receive friends Thursday at GraceWorks Church from 12 noon until the service at 1 PM.

A private family graveside service will be held at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Jacqueline Walker, Trinette Carter and the staff of Martin-Boyd Christian Home for their love and care.
