Naw Lawn Dumphya

Naw Lawn Dumphya, 62, of Ooltewah passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at his home.

Born in Njang Yang, Myanmar, Mr. Dumphya has lived in Ooltewah since 2006.

He was owner and operator of Lawn Village Market and was a member of the Tennessee Kachin Baptist Church in Nashville, TN

He was the son of the late Dumphya Gum and Hpauna Hkawn Shawng.

Survivors are his sister, Nang Lum;  nieces and nephews, Awng Nan, Kaw Ja, Seng San, Seng LiAwng, Seng Hkum, Logan Nhkum, Mai Mai Seng, Awng Htoi, Ja Mai, and Seng Pan.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 8th at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Hpau Roi Naw Awng officiating.    Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
