Our thoughts and prayers are with you always. We will always remember Uncle Roy from the summer days spent at Nana's (Imogean's) house, swimming in the pool, churning home made ice cream, helping us ride the pony, with live blue grass playing in the front yard. Memories of him will forever bring a smile to our faces.

We extend our most sincere sympathy to Joseph and all of his family on the passing of his grandfather. In reading Mr. Parham's obituary, he obviously was a man well respected and loved by his community. We think the world of Joseph, Lauren and the girls and are blessed continually to have them in Winchester. We're certain that Mr. Parham was a tremendous spiritual influence in Joseph's life. In loving kindness....

I didn't know the family but I still wanted to offer my condolences. During times of loss and sorrow, much comfort can be obtained by going to the scriptures. Please note the words of First Corinthians 15:21,22-"For since death came through a man, resurrection of the dead also comes through a man. For just as in Adam, all are dying so also in the CHRIST, all will be made alive."

I am so terribly sorry to hear of Roy's passing. I knew him many years ago when he worked as a major crimes detective with the Sheriff's Department. He and Larry Sneed were both good friends back in the day and we used to spend time just chatting. I was a PO and Roy was just good to me. I am truly sorry to see him leave this world but know that he is resting in God's loving arms

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of my cousins and their families during this time. A life well lived... I will miss you Uncle Roy! See you on the other side...
