Barbara Jean Walters

Barbara Jean Walters, age 87, of Chattanooga, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 14, 2019.

She was a long-standing member of Morris Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, J.W. Walters; daughter, Teena Steele; sons, Jeff (Karen) Walters, Mark (Brenda) Walters; grandchildren; Cara Steele, Jonathan (Monica) Steele, Haley (Brent) Johnson, Heather (Ryan) Prairie; 6 great-grandchildren brother, Phillip (Barbara Ruth) Horton of Nashville, TN and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 4 PM on Saturday, March 16, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bill Mason officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Morris Hill Baptist Church (www.morrishillbaptist.org)
