Benjamin D. Stiles

Benjamin Dewayne Stiles, 83, of Chattanooga, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 16, 2020.

Benjamin was born October 24, 1936, to Benjamin Frazier and Minnie Stiles. He was a graduate of Tennessee Tech University, and was employed by American Manufacturing Company and T.V.A.

He enjoyed backpacking on the Appalachian Trail and watching SEC football with family. He was a communicant of St. Martin of Tours Episcopal Church in Chattanooga, where he served as a vestryman.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Charlotte; his son, Eric (Cindy) Stiles; his daughter Dana (Brent) Joye; his grandson, Benjamin Maxwell Stiles; his brother, Dewey Stiles; and his nephew, Russ Stiles.

Due to the current health situation, a private service for family will be held at his church, St. Martin of Tours Episcopal Church.
