Betty Frances (McClusky) Kilgore

Betty Kilgore, 94, of East Brainerd passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Morning Pointe on Shallowford where she had made her home for the past several years.

She was a longtime resident of Chattanooga and retired after 26 years of service from Southern Railway.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt E. Kilgore.

She is survived by her nieces, Diane Wolford, Chattanooga, and Debra (Rolph) Landry, Lookout Mtn., TN, Bay (Bob) Hawk, Ooltewah;  nephew, Gene Kilgore, New York;  cousins,

Terry (Donna) Robinson and Darryl Robinson, AL; special friend, Bettye Holcomb.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 8 at 10 am in the funeral home chapel with Chris Beckstrand officiating.   Burial will follow at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
