Cynthia (Brown) Perkins

Cynthia Brown Perkins, 67, of Johnson City, TN, met her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, May 22, 2020 in Chattanooga.

She will be remembered for her ever-present smile, sweet spirit, and her deep love for Jesus.  

Cindy was born on March 17, 1953, in Aurora, Colorado, to Kenneth Gilbert Brown and Nancy Joyce (Woolsey) Brown.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 46 years, Stephen Perkins; children Kristopher Perkins and wife Kelly of Chattanooga, TN; Kendra Perkins of Gypsum, CO; Katelyn Ademosu and husband Rashid of Chattanooga, TN; mother Joyce Brown and sister Joy Brown of Greenville, SC; and sister Tracy Brown Lambert and husband Bill of Chandler, AZ.

She is also survived by her dear grandchildren, Mackenzie Perkins, Emma Perkins, and Caden Perkins of Chattanooga, TN.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations in honor of Steve and Cindy Perkins may be made to Christ Community Church in Johnson City, TN.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at Christ Community Church, 400 Ashe St. Johnson City, TN 37604.  The family will receive guests at the church beginning at 10 AM.
