Gilbert Charles Rausch

Gilbert Charles Rausch, 93, of Chattanooga, died Thursday, April 18, 2019 in a local hospital.

A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Mr. Rausch was retired from Sequoyah Nuclear Plant .

He was a veteran of the US Navy and a member of the DAV, VFW and the American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby J. Rausch; step-daughter, JoAnn Campbell and step-son, James W. Bullard, Sr.; sisters, Margaret Dobkins and Doris Kalk.

Survivors are his grandchildren, Deborah (Tommy) Hodge, Harrison,  Kathy (Paul) Blevins, Georgetown,  Henry (Butch) Campbell, Jr., East Ridge,  Michael (Rhonda) Campbell, Collegedale,  Lisa (Mark) Payton, James (Sherry) Bullard Jr., and Eric Bullard;   daughter-in-law, Gail Bullard,  all of Chattanooga.

Services will be held Tuesday, April 23rd at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. M.C. Tolbert officiating.  Burial will follow at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
