Hugo Warner Christiansen

Hugo Warner Christiansen, 89, of Ooltewah, TN, died on Sunday, December 2, 2018. 

He was born on March 6, 1929 in Copenhagen, Denmark and moved to Chattanooga to study History and Religion in 1953.

Hugo was a librarian at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC for 31 years.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Muriel, and his parents, Jens and Thea Christiansen. 

Survivors include his 2 children, Lynda (Paul) Smith, and Leif (Sharon) Christiansen, 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at McDonald Road SDA Church.
