Jack Edwin Phalen

Jack Edwin Phalen, 84, of Ooltewah passed away on January 17th in a local hospital. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in the Korean War. He was also a member of the Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Ruby Phalen.

He is survived by his daughters; Jackie (Jeff) Wait, Janice (Bill) Huggins, five grandchildren; Kara, Nathan, Abilgail, and Seth Wait and Sydney Huggin and a special friend Cari Gonzalez.

Funeral services will be held January 18th at 3pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jeff Wait officiating. Interment will follow at the Collegedale Memorial Park.
