James Arnold "Jr." Reed

James Arnold “Jr.” Reed Jr., 77, of Ooltewah passed away unexpectedly on Christmas eve 2019.

He was born in Fosteria, Ohio and later attended Bradley Central High School in Cleveland, TN.

“Jr.” was employed by The Eli Witt Co. for 29 years and later retired from Wrigley. His hobbies were Gardening, NASCAR, and old Western TV shows. He was a member of Pathway Baptist Church.

His parents, James A. Reed Sr. & Pauline Austin Reed, preceded him in death.

“Jr.” is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Willie Ruth “Bo” Reed; son Jeff Reed; sister, Helen Graham; nieces, Michelle Lewis and Shayla Graham; several uncles, cousins, and 1 aunt.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, December 28, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mark Smith and Rev. Ronnie Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Old McDonald Cemetery.
