Jessica Leigh Manis

Jessica Leigh Manis, 36, of Ooltewah passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 at her home.

A longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mrs. Manis attended Grace Academy for several years and was a graduate of Gateway Christian Schools.

She was a member of Morris Hill Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her brother, Kirk Alexander;  and grandparents,  Milan & Lois Dekich, Wally & Louise Alexander, and Charles & Mildred Emerson; and sister-in-law, Ariel Manis.

Jessica will be remembered as a loving & devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to everyone that knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Ira Manis;  son, Eyan Manis, both of Ooltewah;  parents, Roger & Donna Alexander, Ringgold;  sister, Carla Munsey, Chattanooga;  sister-in-law, Skye Manis;  mother-in-law, Sheila Manis both of Chatsworth, GA;  nieces & nephews, Bethany Munsey, Destini Romero, Caleb Rice, and Carter Manis; several aunts, uncles & cousins.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 25th at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Milan Dekich officiating.   Burial will follow at Plowman Cemetery with Jeremiah Cory, Greg Gignilliat, Vlad Ratushny, Isaac Wheeler, Neal Dekich, and Preston Munsey serving as pallbearers.
