Joyce (Hardin) McDougald

Eleanor Joyce Hardin McDougald died January 18, 2019, age 93.

She attended George Peabody College and worked at Southern Bell Telephone Company a short time until her marriage.

She had been active in Women on Mission, Cross Team, Church Care, and the Ruth Sunday School class of Brainerd Hills Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Maude Hardin, her sister and brother in law Frances and Paul Rutledge, husband Mac, close friend for over sixty years Juanita Ledford, and also her little dog Peppy, faithful companion for fourteen years and the the love of her life.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 23 at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel.
