Junior Albert Hicks

Junior Albert Hicks, 90, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, June, 20, 2018.

He was born in Madisonville, TN and was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Ollie Hicks; brothers, Raymond, Glenn and Curtis Hicks;  sisters,  Marie Hicks Mckee  and  Ruth Hicks Rogers; and daughter, Deborah Hicks Harvey.

Junior served in the Army in Germany and retired from Mueller Company in Chattanooga. He was a member of Bayside Baptist Church and the Joy Sunday School class.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Betty;  daughter, Cindy Belew ;  grandsons Ben (Erin) Harvey, and Kyle Harvey, Guy and Harrison Belew, granddaughter, Bonnie Belew (Alan) Mellish;  great grandchildren, Bennett and Caroline Harvey, Brett, David and Rachel Mellish.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 26 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Grady Cooper officiating.  Burial will follow at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
