Tribute

Mrs. Karon Sue Lamb age 78, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022.

Mrs. Lamb was born in Mount Vernon, OH, on December 7, 1943, the daughter of the late Vernon Lee Farmer and Lura June Burns Farmer. She was a member of Standifer Gap Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Mrs. Lamb was a lifetime member and trainer for the Girl Scouts of United States of America. She owned and operated Reliable Roofing for many years. Mrs. Lamb enjoyed crocheting and quilting. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lamb was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Slack.

Survivors include her husband, Willard Otto “Bill” Brasgalla, to whom she was married on April 16, 2012; three sons, Robert Wayne Slack (Diana), Paul Eugene Slack (Becky), and Lloyd Lee Slack; a daughter, Tresa Slack (Bobby Mathis); twenty-two grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a sister, Bonnie Lee Shelnutt.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 13th, 2022 at 10:00 A.M., Tomlinson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at McKenzie Cemetery.

Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Friday, May 13th, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M., Tomlinson Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Robert Wayne Slack, Paul Eugene Slack, Trent Shelnutt, Willard J. Brasgalla, and Troy Shelnutt.
