Linda (Stafford) Miller

Linda Stafford Miller, 74, of Ooltewah went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.

Linda was a lifelong resident of Hamilton County and was a 1965 graduate of Ooltewah High School.

She retired from East Side Utility after 34 years of service.

Linda was an active member at New Haven Baptist Church for the past 18 years and formerly a member at Pine Ridge Baptist for 25 years.

She enjoyed serving in the Nursing Home Ministry for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Emery Quinn; and parents, David and Clara Stafford.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 29 years,  George W. Miller;  son, Tim Miller, Apison;   5 step- children, Teresa Miller, Diboll, TX;  Rebecca (Keith) Bilbrey, Waxahachie, TX;  Lisa Quinn, Chattanooga; John (Jeff) Miller, Marietta, GA, and David Quinn, Chattanooga;  two brothers, Dennis (Bethel) Stafford, Chattanooga, and Raymond (Delores) Stafford, Brownstown, IL;  many grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 23rd at  6 pm  at New Haven Baptist Church with Pastor Robby Jackson and Rev. Raymond Stafford officiating.  Pallbearers will be Larry Cagle, Bob Larrabey, Marcellus Scott, Eli Stafford, Tim Miller and Don Byrd.

A private graveside service will be held Monday at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
