Lori Ann Nichols

Ms. Lori Ann Blackwell Nichols age 61, of McDonald, TN, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023.

Ms. Nichols was born in Chattanooga, TN, on February 27, 1961, the daughter of Larry Blackwell, Sr. and the late Lou Ann Blackwell. She worked many years at F&M Bank in Tulsa, OK. Ms. Nichols was an animal lover especially her cat, Miss Kitty. Ms. Nichols loved being “Aunt Tooney” to her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lou Ann Blackwell. Her father loved to sing “Soliloquy” to her and his favorite line was “But my little girl, Gets hungry ev’ry night and she come home to me!”

In addition to her father survivors include, her brother, Larry Blackwell, Jr. and nephews and nieces, Larry Blackwell, III (Jenny), Lauren Blackwell, Lucas Blackwell (Ashley Hall), Logan Blackwell, and Sebastain Gewitsch.

A Celebration of Life for Lori and her mother will be Sunday, February 26, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., Collegedale Memorial Park.
