Maxine L Gentry

Maxine L. Gentry, 95, of Ooltewah passed away Monday, June 13, 2022 at her home.

A longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mrs. Gentry retired from JC Penney in 1993 after many years of service.

She was a member of Brainerd United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Red Gentry.

She is survived by her son, Gary Gentry, Ooltewah;  grandchildren, Angel (Peter) Cornell and Jake (Betsy) Eaves;  great-grandchildren, Logan and Serenity Eaves.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 16th at 1 pm at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.  There will be no visitation.
