Meredith "Duffy" Saunderlin

Meredith “Duffy” Joyce Saunderlin, 67, of Chattanooga passed away November 25, 2021 at her residence.

A resident of Chattanooga for the past 5 years, she was a graduate of the School of Nursing, Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

She retired as a registered nurse after 30 years of service.

She was of the Catholic faith and was preceded in death by her brother, Stephen Joyce.

She is survived by her husband, George R. Saunderlin;  son, George Stephen (Leslie) Saunderlin;   grandson, Liam Beckett Saunderlin, all of Chattanooga; siblings, Thomas Kane (Christine) Joyce, III, Severna Park, MD,  Terrance (Maryann) Joyce, Drexel Hill, PA, and Diedre “Dee” (Erich) Schuller, New Castle, DE.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 2 pm in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
