Mildred Laura Pittman

Mildred Pittman, of Ooltewah passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019 at her home.

A lifelong resident of Hamilton County, Mrs. Pittman was a member of Shepherd Baptist Church and was formerly employed for Red Food stores for many years.

She was a also formerly a volunteer for Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Pittman was the last of her siblings (3 sister and 3 brothers) and was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest J. Pittman.

She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie Elaine Brooks Young and husband, Bobby; of Ooltewah.

Two grandchildren, Angela Pickett (Bobby Rhodes) and Denise (John) Schenk;  two great-grandchildren, Dru and Jack Schenk.

A graveside service will be held Friday, May 31st at 10 am at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Dr. Bill Owens officiating.
