On Monday, July 8, 2019, Neville Osmond Forsythe Sr. passed away at the age of 63.
After serving in the United States Navy, he studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Later, Neville and Marilyn moved to Chattanooga, TN where he was known as Chef Neville and delighted countless people with his culinary creations.
While he will always be known for his legendary culinary skills, it is his relationships that highlight the best of his character. The impact he has had on so many lives over the years as mentor and friend is not unnoticed and the impact he will continue to have will surely carry forward his true legacy
He was a loving husband to Marilyn Forsythe. He was survived by his mother Ruby Redwood, father Maurice Forsythe, stepfather Hubert Redwood; children Nicole, Neville, Sam, and Loni; and siblings, Lenworth (Paul), Dwight (Andrew), the late Rodger, Bryan, Michelle, and Shellian.
A memorial service will be held at 1 PM Friday, July 19, in the funeral home chapel.
