Preston Fletcher Hess

Preston Fletcher Hess, 72, of Chattanooga passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022.

A native and longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mr. Hess retired from the Chattanooga Fire Dept. after more than 20 years of service and also served as an EMT with the City of Chattanooga.

He was preceded in death by his parents, N.I. Hess IV & Maxine Hess;  brother, Nick Hess, and daughter, Jennifer Massey.

He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Taft) Butcher, Ooltewah and son, Anthony Hess, Ft. Oglethorpe, GA;  brother, Mack (Cheryl) Hess, Birchwood;  sister-in-law, Bennie Hess Davis, Decatur, TN; and nephew, Nickey (Beth) Hess.

A private family Celebration of Life will be held.
