Robert Wesley Skeggs

Robert Wesley Skeggs, 90, of Ooltewah, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

A native of Chestertown, Maryland, he was formerly an Associate Superintendent for the Georgia Cumberland Seventh-day Adventist Church and was a member of Chattanooga First Seventh-day Adventist Church.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Mae Edgmon Skeggs; parents, George Horace and Helen Moore Skeggs; and sister, Janet Lewis

. He is survived by his three daughters, Sheryl Skeggs Stull of Chattanooga, TN., Carlene Skeggs Jarrett of Hernando, FL., and Sandra (David) Ringer of Angwin, CA.; sister, Diane (Gary) Gamcsik, of Ashburn, VA.; five grandchildren, Amy (Chuck) Morris, Kate (Adam) Willis, Lesli (Ryan Boldt) Stull, Mark (Janell) Ringer and Jonathan (Xakeila) Ringer; four great grandchildren, Drew Morris, Marley Kate Morris, Jonah Willis and Malachi Ringer; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 22, 2024 at the Chattanooga First Seventh-day Adventist Church.

In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to a Christian Education of your choice.
