Ruby Meeler

Ruby Meeler went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 2, 2017 at her home in Guntersville, AL.

She attended Lake City Assembly of God.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Meeler of Chattanooga TN; parents, Sam and Gertie Massengill; brothers, Perry Massengill Harry Massengill Jimmy Massengill and Patrick Massengill; sisters, Vera May Philpott and Freda Massengill.

She is survived by her brother, Edward (Gaynell) Massengill and three sisters, Faye Poole, Louise Webb and Peggy Curbin; several nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service at 2 PM Tuesday, December 5, at Rhea Memorial Gardens with Rev. Archie Poole officiating.   Pallbearers will be Eddie Massengill Jr., Jimmy Lee Massengill, Wendell Massengill, Perry Massengill Jr., Mike Massengill, Larry Massengill, all nephews of Mrs. Meeler.

Her family would personally like to thank Hospice for the great care and comfort they provided Mrs. Meeler in her final days.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you send donations to Hospice of Scottsboro AL.
