Shirley A. Pettit

Shirley A. Pettit, 80 of Chattanooga, died on Sunday, November 12, 2017.

She retired from Memorial Hospital after 25 years of service, spending the last 15 years as a RN.

Shirley was of the Baptist faith.  She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Pettit, Jr.; son, Fred (Angela) Pettit, III; daughters, Kathy (Don) Cagle and Karen Williams; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Watson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Wednesday, November 15, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bill Harvey officiating.  Interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
