Sybil L. Bryant

Sybil L. Bryant, 88, of Chattanooga went home to be with the Lord on Friday evening, November 1, 2019.

A longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mrs. Bryant was a founding member of New Hope Presbyterian Church; and was a member of the Ladies Circle Meeting.

She was presently an active member at GraceWorks Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Bryant;  son, Mike Bryant; and three sisters, Ruby Darnell, Juanita Bates, & Katherine Souther.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Amber (Matt) Talley, Chattanooga; niece, Pat (Junior) McDaniel, Ooltewah;  brother, Lamar (Paulette) Barnard, Dalton; and three great-grandchildren, Cade, Case & Collins Talley; several nieces & nephews.

Services will be held Tuesday, November 5th at 12:30 pm in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Bill Owens and Rev. Art Jones officiating.    A private family burial will follow at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
