William (David) Hines

William (David) Hines, 76, of Hixson, TN, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018.

William loved walking, riding his bike, and working on cars. He was a passionate Tennessee Vols fan, and retired as a school bus driver for special need students. Above all, he was a born again Christian who love the Lord, his family and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, W.C. and Josephine Hines; and sister, Elizabeth Hines Blackburn.

He is survived by his daughter, Stacy Hines; son, Rodney (Joyce) Hines; granddaughters, Allison and Alexis Johnson; 3 great-granddaughters; special friend, Annette Earwood; and grand-dog, Sophie.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, December 17 in the funeral home chapel with Van Chambers officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
