Joyce & to all the Citty family, We were so sad to hear about the passing of RJ your dad & the man who wore many hats in your family. He was so kind & a man who loved his family and kept them close to his heart. Who truly loved the Lord. You all are in our thoughts & prayers today and in the coming days to follow. I wanted to let you know that I have had back surgery on Oct. 13 & will not be able to come to the funeral home. I know all your hearts are broken & you have a void in your hearts that can never be filled. It’s been almost 4 yrs since daddy passed and there are days I still cry but you manage with the help of the Lord. Will you please tell your family that you all are in our thoughts & prayers. If we couldn’t have our daddy here on earth. There’s not another place we would have wanted him to be but sitting at the feet of Jesus looking upon his precious face. No more pain. Just waiting for all of us to cross over to the other side where the roses never fade and never another tear drop to fall from our eyes. I know your mom is just beside herself. I can’t help but thinking about a video I saw them do at church. Your mom was so tickled at your daddy she could not quit laughing. Try to remember all the good memories when the time is right. It helps. Please be sure to tell Kyle I am thinking of him and that I love him too. He loved my daddy. I heard he is working at Temple & that as soon as church is over he starts putting the hymnals where they go. I was told he would do exactly what my daddy would do which just thrills my heart. My daddy would be so
proud of him. Tell him that I love him and am very proud of him & that he will always be my buddy. All your family are in our thoughts & prayers. Love to you all! Susan & Rodney! 🦋

Heavens gain and earths loss. R.J. inspired me from the first time I met him. His faith, his family, his skills, and his character stood out head and shoulders above
the crowd. Quiet but so funny at the same time. My brother, we will join you soon and praise our Lord for eternity.
